Job Title: Director of Business Development

Surgical Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the sterile processing, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in targeted markets.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Identify, target, and close new sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • CRM Maintenance: Proactively maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a targeted market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the contracting process and fiscal years within your designated market.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with various levels and departments in hospitals and internal teams.
  • Ability to lead and manage the daily strategy with specialty executives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel extensively as needed.
