Director of Business Development

Surgical Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the sterile processing, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue in targeted markets.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Sales Lifecycle: Identify, target, and close new sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- CRM Maintenance: Proactively maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a targeted market.
- In-depth knowledge of the contracting process and fiscal years within your designated market.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various levels and departments in hospitals and internal teams.
- Ability to lead and manage the daily strategy with specialty executives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism.
- Ability to travel extensively as needed.
