Job Summary:

Sandpiper Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving and coordinating overnight call activity from various Sandpiper Hospitality hotels across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Handling: Receive and respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Call Routing: Determine the most appropriate course of action for each call, routing calls back to the on-call attendant at the hotel or advising guests of other services available.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including call logs and follow-up actions.
  • Communication: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Problem Solving: Use sound judgment and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
