This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the service team, including vehicle intake, repair order management, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support the complete repair process, including vehicle intake, opening repair orders, and coordinating with the shop.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues.
  • Maintain open communication with technicians, management team, and customers regarding job status.
  • Occasional driving may be required for this position.
