Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to position and present services to clients.
  • Conduct business development activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage leads generated from marketing to prospects and existing accounts, and develop those leads into selling opportunities and closed sales.
  • Develop and produce proposals and quotes for presentation to clients.
  • Meet minimum cold calls, appointments and proposals activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Participate in all sales blitzes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 3-6 years of sales experience.
  • History of excellent customer service.
  • Experience with up-selling a plus.
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Be a team-oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
  • Assess customer services needs in a manner that puts the company at competitive advantage.
  • Communicate solutions in a simple, compelling manner both externally and internally.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $50k-$60k/yr


OTE 1st Year $100k-$120k/yr
