Guest Experience Team Member

Lead the Experience:
As a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald's, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests. This includes checking in with guests, ensuring they are enjoying their experience, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
Be the Solution:
You will be the face of McDonald's, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may come up. Your ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs will be key to success in this role.
Understand the Importance of Teamwork:
You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This includes working together to ensure that our guests have a positive experience and that our restaurant is running smoothly.
Be in the Know:
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on promotions and benefits of using the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features. This will enable you to provide expert insight to our guests and help them make the most of their experience.
