Guest Experience Lead

McDonald's is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying their visit
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolutions to their satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
- A humble and hospitable demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others
- A desire to learn and grow
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
