Guest Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team at Chaifetz Arena. As a key member of our event staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet guests and scan tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
- Ensure guest compliance with venue policies, including outside food and beverage, camera, bag, and other building policies.
- Usher guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the event layout.
- Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance to guests as needed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
- Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for Chaifetz Arena, reporting any unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately.
- Perform crowd control management functions, including directing guests to emergency exits and assisting with special needs.
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits and assisting with evacuation procedures.
- Monitor emergency exits and assist guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Move around to various positions/locations based on event needs, providing flexible and adaptable support to our guests.
- Hand out materials to guests as needed for events, ensuring they have the information they need to enjoy the event.
- Follow directions for all event procedures and safety standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Exemplify the arena's GREAT customer experience philosophies, providing a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
