Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years in automotive repair (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • ASE Certification (Preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of automotive vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance in accordance with Bam Automotive standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and capability to work on a diverse range of vehicles, including those up to 25 years old.


Preferred Skills:

  • We favor candidates with degrees from accredited technical institutions, though this is not mandatory.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and collaborating effectively with the Bam team.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic and repair equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with troubleshooting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and enhance skill sets.
