Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Engages with Members to clearly articulate the various Membership options, programs, and advantages, aiding them in making informed account choices, enhancing Membership tiers, encouraging renewals, and promoting the benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Delivers exceptional Customer/Member service by recognizing and addressing their needs, assisting with purchase decisions, locating products, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
  • Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the car wash and fuel station, ensuring proper signage and pricing accuracy.
  • Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area in alignment with company standards by managing claims and returns, organizing the space, identifying losses and damages, and ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Receives and organizes inventory from suppliers and distribution centers, adhering to company protocols while utilizing equipment effectively and maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Operates cash handling equipment and related tools to process customer transactions, following appropriate procedures for various payment methods.
  • Manages and maintains equipment in the Gas Station/Car Wash area, delivering products and services to Customers in compliance with company policies.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $18.00 to $25.00, with the actual rate reflecting or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or particular tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the criteria are met.
