Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

Job Summary:

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the company's total rewards programs, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and support employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends and data to ensure total rewards programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to integrate total rewards programs into the performance process.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to recommend and update salary structures annually.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits programs based on market trends and internal equity considerations.
  • Lead job architecture projects and develop and maintain salary structures, pay policies, and incentive plans.
  • Develop and facilitate training on total rewards programs for employees and leaders.
  • Conduct annual equal pay review to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts and partnerships to optimize benefits offerings and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration and provide guidance on design and administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Monitor and analyze benefit utilization and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage employee communication and resolve complex employee benefit issues.
  • Partner with HRBPs to oversee the processing and monitoring of leaves of absences and ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal law.
  • Evaluate and implement process/workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to promote a culture of appreciation and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Certified in Total Rewards Professional (CTRP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in total rewards management, compensation, benefits, and recognition.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends, as well as applicable local, State & Federal laws and regulations.
  • Experienced in payroll processing, benefits, and leave administration in manufacturing industry for over 600 employees in US and Canada using ADP WFN or other comparable systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products and MS Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform market analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong planning and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive major projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and willing to take initiative.
  • Unequivocal commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conduct.

Language Skills:

The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

Mathematical Skills:

The individual must apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
