About the Role:

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our award-winning team as Freight Sales Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will establish relationships with customers and leverage your negotiation skills to secure deals for freight transportation while managing daily shipments from pickup to delivery.

What You'll Do:
  • Participate in a 26-week training program to learn the business inside and out
  • Establish relationships with customers to build your client base
  • Closing new and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

  • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
