About the Role:

As a key member of our Sales Team at Total Quality Logistics, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established team to drive revenue growth. You will participate in an accelerated training program to learn the industry and our company culture. Once training is complete, you will become a dedicated Account Representative focused on identifying and growing new and existing business opportunities by presenting our customers with our newest transportation services 24/7/365.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
  • Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Become a subject matter expert for our new transportation services

What You Need:

  • College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
  • Available to work full-time in-office, experiencing our award-winning culture
