We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. as a Registered Nurse Expert. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
