Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. As a key member of the admissions operations department, this individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing the university's Admissions CRM (Slate), ensuring data integrity and optimizing CRM functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with all modules and features of the Technolutions Slate CRM, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the platform. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid parental leave, and a 403(b) retirement plan with an 8% employer contribution after 2 years of service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and developing Admissions CRM (Slate), including resolving troubleshooting issues
  • Leading annual application updates and preparing the Slate instance for new cycles across all degree programs
  • Performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and CRM optimizations
  • Implementing and maintaining Slate hosted applications, checklists, payments, and materials
  • Building and implementing standard CRM functions, including forms, communication flows, events, queries/reports, records, and portals
