Job Summary
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic client relationships in the Commercial Subsidiary Group (CSG) at Citigroup. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in banking and investment products to provide innovative solutions to clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive client relationship plans to deepen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to structure customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs
- Work closely with Case Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and drive revenue growth

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in banking and finance
- Expert-level credit skills and knowledge of Citi's credit process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Compensation and Benefits:
$192,000 - $288,000 per year, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, and wellness programs.
