International Sales and Business Development Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled International Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Frontall USA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to grow sales, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will work closely with our Branch Manager and Vice President of Sales to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Work collaboratively with our Pricing team to develop client pricing strategies and provide high-quality customer rate quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact information, meeting notes, and sales activity.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Pursue and close new business opportunities, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding companies, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet client needs.
- High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical understanding of CRM systems.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
