Brand Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team at Revman International Inc. This is a multifaceted position that requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of brand development, including sales and marketing plans, product design, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to meet gross margin objectives and ensure the brand's competitiveness in the market.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Create a comprehensive pricing structure formulation for internal use.
- Conduct regular margin analysis reports for senior management and ensure all programs meet budgeted margin goals.
- Presentation of non-conforming programs to gain approval before proceeding.
- Work with operations to reduce Cost of Goods Sold, including development expenses.
- Establish and maintain OTB by product category for each season's assortment.
- Set target pricing for product management teams.
- Liaison between international partners and the organization/brands.
- Content creation to optimize shopping experiences online.
- Reduce customer returns by analyzing reasons and working with the organization.
- Develop and manage seasonal Merchandising Line Plans in teams.
- Manage showroom budget and direction.
- Liaison with brands on approvals - product, photography, packaging, qualities, marketing.
- Packaging development for all tiers of business.
- Create copy for products developed for ecommerce.
- Coordinate and complete photography and video within budget.
- Conduct quarterly assortment meetings with sales, product managers, design, and planning.
- Handoff meetings for design and PDA.
- Monitor retail successes/failures or wholesale sales by patterns weekly.
- Bi-annual business plan to senior management.
- Development, sold products, transitions for inline and international lifecycles in PLM.
- Weekly meeting with the brand for 3rd tier approvals.
- Feedback and assistance to Planning department.
- Working with sales to understand product placements and minimums.
- Brand reporting as specified by each brand's stipulation.
- Managing packaging photography shoots.
- Coordinating product/timing with each brand for their marketing Asset photo shoot.
- Working with assigned brands on packaging approvals.
- Publishing a seasonal price list and updating Brand Current assortment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising/Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of previous experience in brand management, marketing, or retail.
- Four years of buying line exposure and understanding of retail cycles.
- Knowledge of competitive markets to determine future trends and needs.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in PLM.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Possess strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, be self-motivated, and work with minimal supervision.
- Handle confidential information.
- Multi-task on a routine basis and adapt plans as needed.
This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
