The Business Development Associate is responsible for establishing a strong presence in the commercial interiors market, identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue for CBI. This role requires a consultative approach, building relationships with clients and coalition partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
- Assess market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and coalition partners
- Develop and communicate CBI's value proposition to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including multi-million dollar deals with Fortune 500 customers
