Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a representative of the company to maximize sales and profitability.
- Overseeing inventory management and showroom presentation.
- Managing stock levels to reduce losses.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new staff in accordance with industry regulations.
- Supervising Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Fleet Drivers, Showroom, Counter Sales, and Sales teams.
- Encouraging safety awareness and ensuring adherence to safe practices.
- Effectively managing branch profit and loss.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Evaluating market trends and collaborating with sales teams to enhance store traffic.
- Maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Coordinating training sessions and events.
- Executing other assigned tasks as necessary.
This individual will also be responsible for any additional duties assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales within a retail environment.
- Experience in data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVAC industry with a solid understanding of HVAC products.
- Background in working with contractors.
- Previous roles with profit and loss responsibilities.
- Successful history in sales, operations, purchasing, and inventory oversight.
- Technical or mechanical expertise.
