Sales Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at Warren Henry Automotive Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop sales plans to capitalize on these.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and service, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
- Team Development and Management
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales team members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and achieving exceptional results.
- Manage sales team performance, including setting goals, tracking progress, and providing recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchasing experience.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless customer service and to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative and Reporting
- Manage sales reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent customer service and relations skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing software.
