At Carrier Enterprise, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our entire line of HVAC products to increase sales and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including walk-in and telephone calls, to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of HVAC products and promote our private label brand.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
- Restock shelves and assist with unloading products, including operating a forklift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales, counter sales, or other pertinent industry sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience working with contractors is desired, as our products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent with one year of experience.
