Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional certification in HR, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus.
