Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full Time or Contractor role within our Outpatient facility.

Compensation Details: Rates vary based on position, relevant experience, and employment conditions. The ranges mentioned apply to per diem roles without benefits and Independent Contractors.

Key Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:

  • Assess and address patients' goals and needs
  • Provide cost-effective therapies to improve clients' mobility and flexibility
  • Reduce dependency on medications and offer non-surgical alternatives
  • Develop personalized care plans utilizing various treatment techniques
  • Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual requirements

  • Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey to enhance their functionality
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care services

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Position:

  • Active State PT License
  • Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and written communication abilities
