Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, preparing reports, and tracking statistics
  • Coordinate with patients to schedule new evaluations and appointments
  • Collect and process patient paperwork and payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of front desk experience
  • Healthcare insurance/billing/collections experience (preferred)
  • Sales and objection handling skill set
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly in a high-volume outpatient environment
