We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-oriented Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient practice at NASA Neuroscience and Spine Associates, OrthoCollier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with lumbar pathologies, gait/balance, and orthopedic conditions.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, and neurosurgeons, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Current Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedics and neurology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $88,000 - $95,000 per year
