Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations
- Evaluate and report on patients' progress
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
- Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met
Requirements
- Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
