Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering therapeutic modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role will encompass all aspects of patient care within a setting that prioritizes safety and minimizes the risk of medical errors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
- Implement effective Physical Therapy interventions in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Stay informed about best practices and the latest evidence regarding common clinic pathologies, including degenerative conditions, neurological impairments, general orthopedics, and post-operative care.
- Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, such as manual therapy, neuro rehabilitation methods, exercise modalities, and functional activities to assist patients in achieving optimal recovery.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in providing Physical Therapy in an outpatient environment; however, new graduates or therapists with different backgrounds may be considered.
- Must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
- Valid Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

While specialty therapy certifications are not mandatory, they may enhance your application. Flexibility to provide care in alternative settings, including inpatient units for occasional coverage, is essential.
