Position Summary:
Premier Medical Resources is currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role focuses on recruiting Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

The Specialist will be responsible for promoting job opportunities, engaging in outreach to physicians and agencies, and successfully completing assigned recruitment searches.

Engagement will begin with initial recruitment efforts, preparing detailed profiles of available opportunities, and developing targeted strategies for candidate attraction.

You will serve as the primary liaison for physician candidates throughout the recruitment journey, facilitating on-site interviews and assisting with offer and contract negotiations as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Marketing:

Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at establishing a consistent recruitment cycle tailored to the needs of the practice.

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials for print and online placement, including professional journals and promotional posters for industry events.

Identify potential candidates through various channels, including internal databases, online resources, residency programs, and professional associations.


Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial assessments of potential candidates through telephone interviews aligned with specific staffing requirements.

Provide an in-depth overview of the available opportunities and highlight the benefits of joining the practice.

Evaluate candidates' professional aspirations and interests to determine compatibility with the practice's culture and opportunities.


Interview Coordination:

Arrange Zoom interviews between candidates and the practice, ensuring all necessary information is shared, including candidate CVs and summaries of pre-screening interviews.

Follow up post-interview to gauge interest levels and outline next steps in the recruitment process.


Onsite Interview Management:

Collaborate with the practice to identify suitable dates for onsite visits and develop an itinerary for candidate interviews.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, for candidates and their families.


Post-Visit Follow-Up:

Engage with candidates post-visit to address any questions or concerns that may arise and assess their ongoing interest in the position.


Feedback and Reporting:

Maintain detailed Physician Recruitment Logs that provide status updates on all candidates involved in the search process.

Offer continuous updates regarding specific candidates and share insights gained from interactions during visits and correspondence.


Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with physicians and colleagues at all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently while also contributing as a member of the recruitment team.

Strong understanding of the physician recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.

Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a positive attitude.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

A minimum of three years of experience in physician recruitment, including full life cycle recruitment.

Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Valid driver's license required.
