Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in securing exceptional talent for our educational institution. As a key member of the Leadership Team, this individual will manage various aspects of talent strategy, including recruitment, development, and operational systems, with guidance from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to track progress on open positions and maintain the integrity of the hiring process.
  • Job Descriptions: Develop and refine job descriptions for various roles to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and reference checks for potential hires.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Identify and establish relationships with universities and organizations to create a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.
  • Event Coordination: Organize recruitment events and outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles.
