Job Title: TRACS Territory Manager

As a TRACS Territory Manager at Genuine Parts Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, as well as excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales of CSG Systems products in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including independent store owners and repair facilities.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of CSG Systems software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with the distribution center and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and connectivity between customers and store locations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of software sales experience, with a strong background in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA degree in Management, Marketing, or Business preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time, with a valid driver's license.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • Travel required 50%+ time involving driving to customer locations.
