TRACS Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary
As a Territory Sales Representative for Genuine Parts Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of CSG Systems products, including shop management software, technical repair software, and customer relationship management software, within assigned territories.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas
- Increase sales of NAPA TRACS products in the specified market
- Boost profit from new and existing customers
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Collaborate with the distribution center, independent store owners, and other stakeholders to make sales calls on automotive repair facilities
- Install and train customers on the use of software and hardware sold, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to utilize the systems
- Communicate with store owners and repair facilities on various topics, including introducing them to facilitate parts purchases, troubleshooting technical connection issues, and ensuring timely service
- Liaise with distribution center management to ensure proper support for customers, source new customers, and maintain connectivity between customer and store locations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of software sales experience
- Outside selling experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business preferred
- Possesses automotive aftermarket industry knowledge and demonstrated knowledge of general computer software, networking, and hardware
- Displays excellent follow-up and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possesses territory and time management skills
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Travel required 50%+ time involving driving to customer locations
