EquipmentShare Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will also have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Territory management of a geographical area
- Full sales strategy execution from market analysis to revenue growth
- Client acquisition and account development
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries and requests
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped commission.
