Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our patient-centric team. The successful candidate will assist in daily operations, maintain compliance with state and local laws, and provide excellent patient services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
  • Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
  • Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
  • Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
  • Perform general office work, such as filing records and operating copy machines
  • Provide feedback to management on patient satisfaction
  • Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms and cash handling records
  • Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals
  • Deliver excellent patient services and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to work in a team environment
