Job Overview

iAnthus Capital Management is a leading cannabis company seeking a highly motivated Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient services, maintaining compliance with state and local regulations, and contributing to the success of our dispensary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients in a positive and educational manner, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Accurately complete patient intake forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
  • Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations, including HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing records and operating copy machines.
  • Provide regular feedback to Dispensary General and Assistant Managers on patient interactions.
  • Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms, cash handling records, and waste disposal logs.
  • Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals.
  • Deliver exceptional patient services, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
