Job Overview

iAnthus Capital Management is a leading multi-state cannabis operator, encompassing cultivation, processing, and retailing. We're seeking a highly motivated Dispensary Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating valuable cannabis brands and operations nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately complete patient intake forms and maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program and provide exceptional patient services.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient intake forms, cash handling records, and waste disposal logs.
  • Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals, and consistently deliver excellent patient services.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
