About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Residential Treatment Home in Wilsonville, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our program and maintaining a professional relationship with our staff, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily managerial oversight of the Residential Treatment Home program
  • Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure adequate client supervision and support
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Prior work experience as a Residential Administrator or Assistant Administrator within ColumbiaCare Services
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
