Responsibilities
  • Carry a caseload of 20 patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  • Lead group therapy sessions for 20 hours per week, focusing on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care
  • Conduct individual meetings with patients to develop treatment plans, address crisis situations, and provide aftercare support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital dedicated to providing stigma-free, individualized care to adults aged 18 and over. Our team of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and nursing staff work together to deliver a continuum of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in behavioral health, group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
  • Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but a Master's degree is
  • CPR certification and Handle With Care training within 30 days of employment
