Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple programs in Multnomah County, ensuring successful program outcomes
- Supervise Residential Administrators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
- Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Experience managing multiple facilities and/or programs at once
- Leadership and management experience in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of program planning, budgeting, and evaluation
