Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the West Texas territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining profitable relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales and/or merchandising, with a firm knowledge of the firearms industry, including firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Davidson's brand by marketing products and services to current and prospective customers
- Promote the capabilities and benefits of the Davidson's GuaranteeD program and the Gallery of Guns website
- Communicate effectively with the sales management team, informing and updating the team regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are being met
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the active dealer base within the territory beyond just the top accounts by providing prospecting reports, account development strategies, and sales estimates on potential business growth opportunities
- Provide technical support to our website customers
- Prospect and establish new business through effective reporting and feedback
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
You will also need to be a self-starter and problem solver, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A college degree is preferred, and experience with Customer Relationship Management software systems is highly desirable.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus potential.
