As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to receive and respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on appliance repair and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of appliance products and services to provide accurate and effective support

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
