About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Bridge Home Health and Hospice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our hospice services to customers and referral sources within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive marketing plans to meet budgetary volume projections.
  2. Marketing and Promotional Initiatives: Employ various marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections, including building and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  3. Community and Customer Engagement: Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Bridge Home Health and Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
  4. Market Knowledge and Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Bridge Home Health and Hospice markets, including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors' market positioning.
  5. Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership in strategic planning, including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs with team members within the territory.
Requirements
  1. Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: At least three years of experience in healthcare marketing management and/or home care operations preferred; at least one year of experience in sales preferred.
  3. Skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel; ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community; knowledge of corporate business management; excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
