Hospice Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Bridge Home Health and Hospice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our hospice services to customers and referral sources within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Market Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive marketing plans to meet budgetary volume projections.
- Marketing and Promotional Initiatives: Employ various marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections, including building and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Community and Customer Engagement: Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Bridge Home Health and Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
- Market Knowledge and Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Bridge Home Health and Hospice markets, including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors' market positioning.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership in strategic planning, including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs with team members within the territory.
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in healthcare marketing management and/or home care operations preferred; at least one year of experience in sales preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel; ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community; knowledge of corporate business management; excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
