- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill complex product specifications into easily digestible prose.
- Coordinate with Via's Partnerships, Expansion, and Finance teams to develop strategies for winning high-stakes procurements.
- Contribute to every stage of procurements, from evaluation to submission.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in long-form writing and project management.
- Exceptional writing and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for urbanism and accessibility, with a deep understanding of the importance of public transit.
- Meticulous and strategic approach to complex projects.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000-$85,000.
