About the RoleThis Clinical Sales Specialist role is part of our Structural Heart team, which focuses on developing innovative solutions for treating cardiovascular disease. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide clinical and sales support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Territory Managers to ensure excellent case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
- Serving as a primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products
- Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products, keeping them informed about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments in the industry
- Actively engaging in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions, linking data outcomes to key messaging
- Meeting with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and providing creative and feasible solutions
This role requires a strong clinical orientation and the ability to influence various clinician personality types.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience, with at least 3+ years of Structural Heart or Electrophysiology-specific clinical experience
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
