Position Overview:

The Consultant will play a pivotal role in the hands-on execution and upkeep of SAP GRC solutions tailored for a Greenfield S4 HANA deployment within the retail sector. The primary objective will be to uphold regulatory compliance, manage risks, and ensure security across SAP platforms. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect, configure, and enhance GRC processes, controls, and workflows. Furthermore, the Consultant will evaluate and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating strategies for their mitigation. Responsibilities will also include coordinating GRC audits, aiding in remediation efforts, and remaining current with industry best practices and SAP GRC advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of GRC specialists to guarantee efficient GRC operations.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and refine SAP GRC solutions.
  • Finalize the design for Segregation of Duties (SoD), Emergency Access, User Access, and Global GRC/Security Design.
  • Obtain sign-off from business units and complete the build and testing phases for security/GRC in alignment with project timelines.
  • Customize systems as required.
  • Establish data migration protocols.
  • Implement infrastructure quality protocols.
  • Install quality assurance protocols.
  • Develop an Organizational Change Management Plan.
  • Monitor and assess GRC controls, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and security standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Coordinate GRC audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to foster GRC awareness and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP GRC developments and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of GRC documentation and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance GRC processes and operational efficiency.
