We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who will take charge of developing functional specifications, conducting tests, providing training, and implementing SAP applications. In this capacity, you will perform business process evaluations, needs assessments, and initial cost/benefit analyses to ensure that our information technology aligns with business goals.
- Facilitate the deployment and maintenance of SAP modules to improve clients' operational efficiency and overall effectiveness while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Design, configure, and validate various SAP modules.
- Oversee SAP implementation projects.
-Examine the existing business processes and scenarios of clients and propose/develop solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Execute complex tasks that necessitate the creation of new or enhanced procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization and comply with all standards.
- Assume responsibility for the successful deployment of SAP, offering functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and training on SAP products to clients.
- Formulate and assess plans and criteria to be executed by others, providing direction and leadership.
- Deliver in-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
- Serve as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and resolving software issues, mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with the SAP Material Management (MM) module is required. Full life-cycle implementation experience is preferred.
