Position Overview:

The Consultant will take charge of the hands-on deployment and ongoing support of SAP GRC solutions for a new S4 HANA implementation tailored for a retail sector client. The primary objective will be to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, effective risk management, and robust security measures across SAP platforms. You will work closely with diverse teams to design, configure, and enhance GRC processes, controls, and workflows. Furthermore, you will evaluate and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating strategies to mitigate them. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating GRC audits, assisting with remediation efforts, and keeping abreast of industry best practices and updates related to SAP GRC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of GRC specialists to ensure efficient GRC operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance SAP GRC solutions.
  • Complete the design for Segregation of Duties (SoD), Emergency Access, User Access, and Global GRC/Security Design.
  • Obtain sign-off from business units and finalize the build and testing phases for security/GRC in alignment with project timelines.
  • Customize systems as required.
  • Establish Data Migration Protocols.
  • Implement Infrastructure Quality Protocols.
  • Install Quality Protocols as necessary.
  • Develop an Organization Change Management Plan.
  • Monitor and assess GRC controls, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and security standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Coordinate GRC audits, liaising with both internal and external auditors as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to foster GRC awareness and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP GRC and industry trends.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of GRC documentation and reporting.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance GRC processes and efficiency.
