As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll work closely with our researchers, designers, and marketers to produce cohesive and impactful messages. "Requirements"
- 5+ years of professional writing experience and a proven track record of creating compelling written and visual content
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to grammar and detail
- A talent for creating articles and videos that are conversational in nature and backed by data and research
- A natural intuition for compelling storytelling where you translate data-driven insights into simple and effective stories
- Experience using AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to maximize your impact, output, and efficiency
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple content deliverables and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- An ability to embrace and implement feedback as a part of a collaborative content development process
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience optimizing content for SEO to increase target audience visibility and reach
- Ability to design and create visual assets for social media
- Knowledge of agent and consumer needs in the residential housing market and its primary drivers
