  • A natural intuition for compelling storytelling where you translate data-driven insights into simple and effective stories
  • Experience using AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to maximize your impact, output, and efficiency
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple content deliverables and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • An ability to embrace and implement feedback as a part of a collaborative content development process

  • Ability to design and create visual assets for social media
  • Knowledge of agent and consumer needs in the residential housing market and its primary drivers
