Associate Director Role

As an Associate Director, you'll be directly responsible for client and employee retention, with your performance reflected in our P&L. Your key responsibilities include:

Goal Setting

Set goals for every client engagement in your pod, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Best Practices

Ensure all clients follow best practices across channels and mediums, driving optimal results.

Key Initiatives

Focus on:

  • LTV: CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content
  • Breakdown Barriers: Identify and address roadblocks in campaign approvals, supporting your strategist in earning a yes
  • Accountability: Lead your team with clear communication, expectation setting, and a focus on results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of implementing SEO principles and content strategy
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in website traffic and SEO metrics analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client-facing relationships and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills
  • A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content
  • Agency experience and b2b tech/SaaS experience
