Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Advisor
The Regulatory Compliance Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding organizations to meet legal obligations and internal standards. This position focuses on evaluating compliance vulnerabilities, crafting and executing compliance strategies, and providing expert advice on maintaining regulatory integrity and addressing compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Assess existing compliance frameworks and legal obligations to pinpoint deficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design and implement compliance strategies and protocols that align with legal mandates and organizational objectives.
- Conduct periodic assessments and compliance evaluations to verify adherence to internal guidelines and external legal requirements.
- Deliver training and support to staff on compliance issues, including updates on legal changes, policy revisions, and best practices.
- Examine and address compliance violations or discrepancies, offering solutions for corrective measures and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, Finance, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications or certifications (e.g., CCEP, Certified Compliance Professional) are preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance advisory roles, regulatory oversight, or a similar field, with a solid grasp of applicable laws and standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, familiarity with compliance management systems, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, principled, and adept at juggling multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and regulatory authorities while adapting to evolving compliance landscapes.
