Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a portfolio of Apparel/Fashion accounts, participating actively in both on-site and off-site client meetings.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the account management lifecycle by utilizing exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Act as a liaison between internal technical teams and client business users, addressing inquiries and reporting issues effectively.
  • Occasionally validate retail data using Excel to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Employ active listening and analytical skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive overviews and demonstrations of reporting services, responding to client inquiries in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to foster the development of new solutions and enhance existing marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on solution-oriented issue management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • High energy and a sense of urgency to drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Capability to implement client solutions as outlined by the Account Management team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in apparel/fashion merchandising, buying, planning, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both internal and external communications and relationships.
  • Familiarity with basic retail mathematics and the ability to utilize advanced Excel skills in daily tasks.
  • Knowledge of retail/wholesale enterprise systems and business intelligence reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in the fashion or consumer products industry is preferred.
